– A request by Steve Holt and The Granary LLC
for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for up to
70 vendor spaces for outdoor display, sales,
service and minor entertainment as non-ancillary
accessory uses in the Commercial A zone. The
approximate 1.3-acre site is described as Lots
1-7, Block N, Farmin’s Fifth Addition, is
located east of Sixth Avenue between Church and
Oak Streets, and includes the building commonly
known as The Grain Elevator.
The Commission continued
this item to receive additional information
regarding parking, infrastructure improvement
phasing, and bike parking and trash plans. |
