City of Sandpoint , US 95 Selkirk Loop SB Interpretive Ctr/Rest Area

This project includes approx. 450 SF of indoor space including restrooms, janitor closet and TV viewing area.  The remaining building is approx. 700 SF of semi enclosed canopy space to be used for a display area.  The site work includes concrete paving, seating walls, landscaping, utility connections and the relocation of an existing electric line.

N Boyer Rd Sidewalk and Curb - Phase 2

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF SANDPOINT will accept bids until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 4th, 2013, for:

City of Sandpoint, 2013 N Boyer Rd Sidewalk & Curb - Phase 2, equipment, labor, and materials for construction of approximately 750 LF of sidewalk, 750 LF curb and gutter, 5 drive aprons and related items to include excavation, providing and installing flll, base material and site restoration. Work at drive aprons and curb shall be done in two stages so access to public facilities is maintained at all times.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, and shall be clearly labeled "SEALED BID – CITY OF SANDPOINT - 2013 N Boyer Rd Sidewalk & Curb - Phase 2". The bidder's name, address, and acknowledgement of all addendums issued shall be printed in the upper left comer of the envelope. Bids shall be submitted to Sandpoint City Clerk; 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID 83864, by the time and date set forth above and shall be opened and publicly read aloud at 2:05 p.m. on said date.
