Owners:
Before
engaging in business in Sandpoint, you must
first register with the City. If you are selling any goods or performing any
services, soliciting business, or offering or
holding out goods or services for sale or hire
within city limits, you are "engaging in
business", as defined by City Code, and
required to register. This definition
includes businesses that are here only
temporarily or are based elsewhere but are
providing services or engaging in any type of
business within city limits, and it also applies to nonprofit

must sign the application, and you must include
the $25 registration fee when you submit it to
the City Clerk's office.
